Sourdough Videos with Sarah Owens

I have never been great at Sourdough. After visiting a friend in Northern California and visiting the Rosalind Bakery in Pacifica, I had a renewed interest in getting better at it. Their bread was delicious!

I came across two videos on the Food 52 website featuring Sarah Owens. She shares both how to create and maintain a starter and how to make a sourdough loaf. She’s an engaging teacher and helped me get better at this craft of making naturally fermented bread.

I got her Sourdough book for Christmas and am taking a class with her in March. I can’t wait!
