Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender carafe in the following order. Liquids first, then greens, then fresh fruit with frozen fruit last.
  2. Start blender on variable low and increase speed to 10. Use tamper (Vitamix) if needed to push frozen fruit down. If the mix is too thick, add more water as needed. This will vary depending on the liquid in the orange and how big the banana is.
  3. Flip variable switch to high and blend for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
