Mix the oatmeal, water and apple juice in the 20 oz mug. Add dried fruit of your choice; the fruit will plump up when cooking. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take the oatmeal out and stir. If you can still see the individual oats or there is a lot of liquid in the mug, microwave for another 20 – 30 seconds. Microwave wattage varies, so you may have to adjust for your situation.
