Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 380º F.
  2. Mix the oatmeal, almond milk, and pumpkin in a medium sized bowl. Stir in the spices and dried fruits and nuts (if using). Pour into four ramekins.
  3. Bake for 18 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes more for a crunchier top.
